               Angelina, a woman as beautiful as an angel, lost herself down the road of love.  The hurt and pain from love throws her into confusion and because of her absent-mindedness, she gets into a car accident.  Michael appears in her dream and transforms himself into her doctor.  He stays by her side through this painful time.  Michael gives her the courage and hope of living on and also causes her to sink into the web of love once again.  She believes that she has found an eternal, real love but she has no idea that the time for departure is silently approaching…  Michael left and disappeared without a trace.  He only left behind a necklace with the image of an angel.  He wants her to continue to help those people, who are like her, those people that have been hurt because of love and have lost their courage…  Angelina finally understands.  Michael is actually an angel sent by heaven.  He fell in love with her and as a result, he must return to heaven.

               The heartbroken Angelina did not give up on herself.  She establishes Angel Lover.  Just like how Michael helped her, she and her angels, started the mission of helping others.  What she doesn’t know is that there is another angel who has taken over Michael’s place to protect her.  At the most crucial time, he would skillfully bring someone that is in need of help.

               An Yu Tai is the first angel to join Angel Lover.  He is a veterinarian and has a younger sister who has been in a vegetative state for many years.  Because he is scared of life and death, he doesn’t dare to love.  To him, Angelina gives him a familiar feeling of love that is hard to explain.  Yet he has yet to confess his feelings to her.

               Han Shao Xi, second generation successor of his family’s enterprise, lives life to the fullest without any restraints.  He grows up under the strict discipline of his father.  He joins Angel Lover because he doesn’t believe in love.

               Mars is a race car driver with a fiery temper.  With his parents passing away early, he and his elder sister are left to look after each other.  He doesn’t know how to express his feelings and doesn’t have any sense of security.  His divorced sister goes through one man after another and yet always gets cheated on.  He believes that the men in this world are mostly jerks.

               Sunny is a bright and carefree guy.  His visible naïve nature is like that of a young child’s heart.  Actually he still doesn’t understand what love is.

               Finally, this big kid, Yang Tian You, who appears old-fashioned, comes to Taipei from the countryside.  Because he is too enthusiastic and reckless, in order to save someone, he actually makes the situation worse and almost got locked away in jail too.  The Angel silently leads Yu Tai to find Tian You.  Through many obstacles, Tian You joins Angel Lover too.  Later he meets Li Xi Ai and moves next door to her.  They started a somewhat vague relationship and get involved in many women’s sad love stories.  

               These angels that come from the human world have the imperfections, joy and sadness of the mortal people along with all the pain and worry.  However, they are willing to give their care and wisdom to help those woman who has been hurt before to find love again and to find the courage in their life.  At the same time, they are maturing with their missions.  They are facing themselves and changing themselves. 

               This is a story about love and courage.  As long as there is love within the heart, then anyone can be someone’s angel.  As long as you know how to give, know how to care, know how to respect life and love…  Angel Lover is the best gift that heaven gives us.
