Identity:  26 years old.  A Special Homicide Police Officer, who just transferred from the North District Bureau Office to the South District Bureau Office.

Characteristic:  An officer who has an incredibly high rate of solving crimes by dodging bullets, acting on dull intuitions, and receiving mysterious tips.  He drives a sports car, wears name brand clothing, hangs out with hot girls and doesn’t seem like a real police officer at all.  He always appears as if he is indifferent to everything, but it turns out that “Pi” is just a cover to hide the real him inside.

Identity:  26 years old.  A Special Homicide Police Officer in the South District Bureau Office.

Characteristics:  Has an excessively strong sense of justice.  An expert fighter who tends to cause car accidents, jump off buildings or kill someone while chasing criminals.  He draws a fine line between right and wrong, justice and injustice – they are as clear as black and white.  He is regarded as a hero by his colleagues but a lunatic by his supervisors and seniors.

Identity:  22 years old.  The daughter of the leader of San Lian Hui, the largest organized crime association.  After graduating from college, she has been working through many jobs.

Characteristic:  From afar, she appears to be a beautiful china doll but up close, you will find out that she is a fast and fierce dragon.  She is frank, loyal and loves to help those that are weak.  If you go against her principles, she will use her judo to teach you a lesson.

Identity:  26 years old.  A forensics specialist in the South District Bureau Office.

Characteristics:  A genius with an extremely high IQ.  She is a forensics specialist, who is cool, rational and good at analyses.  A delicate and pretty girl who is always spending her time inside a dark lab.  Her fearlessness towards dead bodies comes from her kindness in wanting to help others.

Identity:  26 years old.  A roaming hot-dog vendor.

When he stands out, his appearance rather fits the image of a righteous police officer.  But in fact, his highest principle is to “make a big incident appear small and a small incident appear none.”  If it wasn’t for using his subordinates and the backs of the criminals as stepping stones, then how is it possible to climb all the way to the top.

Taking bullets and solving mysterious cases are never his strong points but he is always the first one to claim credit and steal the spotlight.  When Pi Zi and Ying Xiong, the highest crime solving rate holders of the North District Bureau Office and the South District Bureau Office respectively, are assigned to the same group, these two continuous troublemakers become the thorns on his side.

Lao Li’s seniority and experience is more than that of the Chief.  He is serious, responsible and is very accurate with his judgments.  However, because he doesn’t have much luck, the credit from all his crime solving is always taken away by others.  He also doesn’t have much luck with his supervisors either but he is always the one who supports Pi Zi and Ying Xiong in the Bureau.

A young and cute female officer.  She is gentle, sweet, kindhearted, serious and only has Ying Xiong in her eyes.  She is a bit of a scatterbrain and often talks about gossip within the bureau together with Hao Ke.

He is the Special Homicide Group’s Information Engineer and is a computer hacker.  He often uses his excellent computer skills to help Pi Zi and Ying Xiong to get into the internet network in search of important data and intelligence information.  His style and personality is a bit of an agoraphobic male.

The big boss of San Lian Hui and is nicknamed “Lao Tou” in the mafia world and regarded as the “Chief” by his followers.  He possesses tremendous power and influences which will always get him what he wants.  His execution and style is very imposing and vicious.  His wife has passed away and Chen Lin is his only precious daughter.

He is Lao Tao’s most trusted right-hand man.  People call him “Yan Ge.”  He is a man of few words, a bit of an introvert and keeps a low profile.  When he was young, he started out in the world early and has the air of a general.  He is extremely loyal to Lao Tou, carries out Lao Tou’s orders exactly as told and is also tight-lipped.

Da Yan’s most trusted subordinate and is also the person who is in charge of San Lian Hui’s Logistics Warehouse.  He has a rude personality and an explosive temper.  He is the typical mafia brother and never shows any regards for the police force.  He is also very proud to be a member of San Lian Hui.

Lao Tao’s brain power.  People call him “Jin Ge.”  He is intelligent, has great reaction, and if there is any important decision-making to be done, Lao Tao would certainly look for him to discuss.  He is different than the traditional image of the mafia members.  He always has an elegant manner and maintains his calm.

She is the daughter of Ling Wen Qi, who is the Chief of the North District Bureau Office.  However, her inspiration as a righteous police officer is different than that of her mother’s.  She believes in living life to the fullest and her goal in life is to be happy.  There is no need to be so worried about the things of the future.

She is the city’s only female bureau office chief.  From the time she was a police officer, she has been a legend in the force.  She is from the same class as Police Officer Lao Li from the South District Office.  As a result, they have a common friendship.  In the early years, she is extremely busy with her job and so her relationship with her daughter, Ling Ke Le is somewhat distant.

A kindhearted and innocent young girl.  When Pi Zi was still a thug, she once helped him out and since then she has captured his heart.

(portrayed by Hong Tiang Xiang) – Leader of Sarkozy Mercenary Soldier Army.  He is employed by the mysterious Jin Zhu.  He has a sturdy appearance and a cruel expression.  His background is a mystery and he has had brain surgery before.  As a result, he can kill countless numbers of people and still feel no pain or mercy.

He comes from a political family background and since childhood, has been an outstanding student.  He used his own strength and power to get into the political world.  From childhood, he has been making his climb up the political ladder until he is finally elected as the president.  He has an honest personality and a very good image.

The opposition party’s chief and speaker of the house.  He is also the candidate appointed to serve next in line for the office of presidency.  He comes from a military family background.  His political and business relationships are very good.  His style of handling affairs is very different from the present President and his ability is extremely strong.

A pretty police officer from Interpol who knows 6 different languages.  In order to investigate “Troy’s heart,” the jewelry businessman’s death, she arrives to the country to work together with Pi Zi and Ying Xiong.
