            Male, 20 years old.  Leader of the powerful “Trio” from Dong Shang School.  His grades are always number one; he comes from a wealthy family; he is the son of entrepreneur, Shen Guo Chen, whose name is always linked to political members.  Ruo He is a person with a refined manner.  With regards to handling school matters, he can seem very unreasonable yet he has his own reasoning methods.  Since childhood, his father has taught him “As long as the business deal is successful, then you win and other matters, losing or winning doesn’t mean anything.”  He is always aloof and arrogant and doesn’t know what passion or love is until the appearance of Sheng Xue.  From a mysterious box of chocolates on Valentine’s Day to deliberately transferring schools to study at Dong Shang School only to get on his nerves.  Because of this arrogant girl, he starts to understand what passion is and what love is.

            Male, 20 years old.  Since he was a child, he was adopted by Sheng Xue’s father, “Wu Ye”, Yi Quan Wu and lived a self-sufficient and independent life at the Yi house.  He and Sheng Xue could be considered as childhood friends.  From playing to studying to learning martial arts, he has always been by Sheng Xue’s side.  Naturally, he regards “protecting Miss Sheng Xue” as his life long duty.  Sheng Xue’s likes and dislikes are his likes and dislikes.  When he faces bad guys who are stirring up trouble, he can be fierce and intimidating but when he faces Sheng Xue, he would immediately become an obedient little sheep.  On the surface, he is a guy who doesn’t seem to be very smart and only knows how to use his fists and acts very rashly, but he actually has a thick sense of righteousness in him.

            Female, 20 years old.  As her name implies, she is a very pretty girl with skin as white as snow.  Sure enough, she should be a gentle and tender lady!  The owner of this name has a very pretty appearance with skin as white as snow but don’t be fooled by her name because she is definitely a young lady who knows how to use her fists and legs.  It is said that the Yi family’s ancestors are descendants from the royal line but because they collaborated with the mafia, they were exiled to this place to settle down and get on with life.  Yet, no matter what, Sheng Xue is a young lady that is the apple in everyone’s eyes.  Her upbringing has been very strict.  Although her father wants to train her into a dignified young lady but with her inborn mischievous nature, she likes to go to the 13^th Street District basketball court and be the super fan of Dong Shang’s representative – the 9 year consecutive champion.  It is also for this reason that she gets into an indissoluble dispute with this year’s representative from Dong Shang, the leader of Trio, Shen Ruo He, her biggest enemy.

            Male, 50 years old.  He doesn’t want to think about the things that happened 800 years ago to the Yi family.  However, he is well respected between the Bad Side and the Good Side and is a character whom everyone calls “Wu Ye.”  He depends on collecting rent from a great piece of land to manage the expenses of his family.  He regards the passing on of a family’s culture and tradition very highly.  As a result, the rules within the family are as strict as in past traditions.  He has a strict personality which causes the people serving under him to hold him in great respect and fear.  His wife passed away from acute pneumonia not long after giving birth to their daughter, Sheng Xue.  Although that is the case, he doesn’t forget to use the traditional way to educate his only daughter in hopes that Sheng Xue would become a dignified and virtuous young lady.  His only challenge right now is his present wife – Gao Jie Mei.  Unfortunately, Jie Mei’s lively and saucy personality is a perfect match with his daughter, Sheng Xue.  These two are always getting into trouble and causing him many headaches.

            Female, over 30 years old.  Yi Quan Wu’s wife and Sheng Xue’s step-mother.  She has a friendly and easy-going personality and is someone who doesn’t haggle over the little things in life.  She is the complete opposite of her husband, Yi Quan Wu.  She can be said as Sheng Xue’s elder, but it is probably more appropriate to refer to her as Sheng Xue’s elder sister.  Her openness and bright outlook on life enables her to become Sheng Xue’s best friend whom she discusses everything with.

            Male, 20 years old.  Member of the Yi family and has a bit of cleverness.  He would often be a little too smart for his own good and does something that would cause him to get beaten up by Zi Cong.  However, he is extremely loyal to Zi Cong and regards Zi Cong as his life-long brother.

            Male, 20 years old.  Member of the Yi family.  He is tall and a bit chubby.  When he smiles, he appears like Maitreya but he has an impulsive personality.  Although he gets many warnings from Yi Quan Wu, but he still can’t calm his impulsive nature.

(portrayed by Tan Ai Zhen) –

            Female, 74 years old.  Shen Guo Chen’s mother and Ruo He’s grandmother.  She has a petite stature and she has experienced the hard life of being a daughter-in-law in the past.  Now that she has grown old, she is very easy-going with many things.  Usually she can be very forgetful of many matters and is always giving confusing and wrong instructions to the butler.  She would often put on a smiling face when she sees people.  She appears as an old senior who doesn’t play any significant role but actually, she has her own open-minded philosophy when it comes to life.

            Male, 52 years old.  Chairman of Qing Tian Enterprise and Ruo He’s father.  He is a businessman and an entrepreneur who is enthusiastic about public welfare.  However, he neglects in giving his family the warmth that it needs, neglects kinship, neglects the interaction between his wife, children and his elderly mother.  All he thinks about is how to expand his own enterprise.

            Female, 20 years old.  The daughter of the Chairman of AG Group.  Since the Liang and Shen families are good friends, the adults of both families agreed to a marriage between Yu Qin and Ruo He.  Although Ruo He has never agreed to this marriage contract, but Yu Qin, who has grown up with Ruo He, treats this marriage agreement between them very seriously and regards herself as Ruo He’s fiancé.  Her appearance is the typical young lady type but she has a fiery passion within her heart.

            Female, approximately 45-50 years old.  Chairwoman of He Feng Bank and has strong financial resources within the financial world.  She pampers her only daughter Qian Na and wants to use any methods to get a marriage contract for her so that she can get Shen Ruo He as her son-in-law and have him become the successor to her business.

            Female, 20-21 years old.  Chairwoman He’s only daughter.  She received her education from overseas and has a graceful appearance.  However, because of the tight constraint that comes along with growing up in a rich and powerful family, she longs to live the life of an ordinary person deep within her heart and experience a passionate love like the one in the movie “Dreamer.”

            Male, 20 years old.  Student at Dong Shang School, one of the members of Trio.  Comes from a wealthy family, is easy-going and friendly.  He is most proud of the amount of girlfriends that he has.  He always has a model-like assistant, Molly-Sue, by his side to help him take care of all things.

            Male, 20 years old.  Student at Dong Shang School, one of the members of Trio.  Has a steady personality.  Aside from being great at basketball, he loves cars and is a great runner with fast speed.  Once he locks in his goal, he will do everything he can to accomplish it but he is not interested in running at all.

(portrayed by Gao Yi Xiang) –

            Male, 20 years old.  Student at Lan De School.  His real name is Zhao Ke Tan and has been the King of Street Basketball at the 13^th Street District all along.  Has an honest personality, but hides his shortcomings.  He swears to snatch back the honor of being the King of Street Basketball at the 13^th Street District from Dong Shang School.

            Male, 20 years old.  A transfer student at Lan De School.  He believes that winning is everything in a competition and so it doesn’t matter what sort of dirty methods are used to win.  Time and again Tan Ke will teach him a lesson.

(portrayed by Cao Wei Xuan) –

            Male, 20 years old.  Student at Lan De School.  He only loves basketball and is a person of few words.  He often follows by Tan Ke’s side.

(portrayed by Chen Wei Han) –

            Male, 20 years old.  Student at Dong Shang School.  He is the school’s welfare society.  He always carries a big bag with him and will sell anything.  He brags that he is Jia Bao Yu’s younger brother.  Has an optimistic personality and gets along easily with everyone.  Since he has a great brain for business, he would often take sides with the party that he gets the most benefit from.  As a result, aside from being the news broadcasting station for the school, he is also one that follows the crowd.  He is the first friend that Sheng Xue makes at Dong Shang.

            Female, 19 years old.  Student at Dong Shang School.  Has ordinary looks and doesn’t have confidence in anything.  To her, the world is gray and even life is gray.  No matter how the people beside her try to comfort and encourage her, it is no use at all.  She gets nervous very easily.  Once she gets nervous, her heart will start beating furiously and she will need to drink water to relieve the pressure.
