(portrayed by Joe Zheng) – A genius with an IQ of 200.  Intelligent, handsome, and is capable of many things.  There is nearly nothing that he can't do.  But it is also because he is too smart that to him, everything in life can be easily accomplished.  As a result, he feels that his life is lacking in objectives.  After meeting Xiang Qin, he slowly starts to open up and found his goal in studying medicine.  He also accepted Xiang Qin’s love and they both got married before they even graduated.  What sort of tests will this newly wedded, scatterbrain wife, Xiang Qin bring for him?

(portrayed by Ariel Lin) – Has a good heart, simple-minded, straight forward, optimistic and has patience.  Yet she's not very smart, she is always making mistakes and causing trouble but nevertheless, she still works diligently and tirelessly towards her goal.  Her first year of High School, she fell in love at first sight with Zhi Shu during the opening ceremony of the new school year where Zhi Shu was making a speech on behalf of the new students.  In her third year of High School, she confesses her feelings to Zhi Shu but gets heartlessly rejected.  She tries to convince herself to not like Zhi Shu anymore.  However, she never expected that her father and Zhi Shu's father are good friends of many years and that they would move in to live with Jiang's family after an earthquake that made their house collapse.  This is how Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu start their new life living under the same roof and Xiang Qin’s innocent young girl’s heart couldn’t help but fall deeper into this love trap.  Although Zhi Shu’s cold attitude and Xiang Qin’s clumsiness often bring about many trouble for Zhi Shu which causes her to want to give up and leave many times, but in the end, because of a slight change in Zhi Shu’s attitude, Xiang Qin continues to gather her courage and forge ahead.  Finally she gets married to her heart’s idol, Zhi Shu!

(portrayed by Cyndi Zhao) – Zhi Shu's mother, a housewife, a bit senseless, likes liveliness, and loves taking pictures very much.  She gets along very well with Xiang Qin and as a result, she thinks up of all sorts of ways to get Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu together.  She often disguises herself and goes to Zhi Shu's school to investigate on Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin's situation or to spread news that the two of them are going out together.  However, her disguise is often seen through by other people.  Ah Li Sao, who loves her son very much, always believes that what she has planned out for her child's life is the best for him.  Instead, the result brings about Zhi Shu's retaliation and planted signs of conflicts for mother and son.  The lovable Xiang Qin becomes her daughter-in-law and the plans of the two families to live together harmoniously finally come true.  Ah Li Sao’s diligent work each day is to figure out how to manage a perfect, loving home.

(portrayed by Zhang Bo Han) – Zhi Shu's younger brother.  Smart and cute.  He adores and admires his elder brother Zhi Shu very much.  His biggest wish is to become his brother's assistant after Zhi Shu succeeds their father's company.  He doesn't look highly at adults who are not too smart and as a result, he is not too fond of Xiang Qin.  He regards Xiang Qin as a research object for his summer vacation homework.  He often pays attention to the foolish things that Xiang Qin does.  Yet he also gradually gets moved by Xiang Qin's foolish and sincere ways.  Yu Shu, who is gradually growing up, starts to come in contact with relationship issues.  He gets acquainted with a smaller version of Xiang Qin in his class – Hao Mei.  Lacking in experience, should Yu Shu accept Hao Mei?

(portrayed by Tang Cong Sheng) - Xiang Qin's father, the owner of "Good Luck" Japanese Restaurant.  He has excellent cooking skills and is good friends with Zhi Shu's parents since their school days.  He brings up Xiang Qin all by himself after his wife passed away.  He feels bad that Xiang Qin doesn't know how to cook and do housework, believing that it's his fault that he hasn't taught her well enough.

(portrayed by Jiro Wang) – Xiang Qin’s classmate.  Not too smart but he is great with sports.  He has had a crush on Xiang Qin since his first year of high school and his biggest wish is to get married with Xiang Qin.  In order to create a beautiful home with Xiang Qin hand in hand as soon as possible, he didn’t go to college after graduating from high school.  During the day, he works in the school’s cafeteria and in the evening, he would be an apprentice at “Good Luck.”  The biggest plot in the sequel is Ah Jin’s acquaintance with Ke Li Si Ting.  At first, he did not like her but he gradually gets touched by her sincere nature which ends his long crush on Xiang Qin.

(portrayed by Tiffany Xu Wei Ning) – Daughter of a wealthy family.  Because she admires Zhi Shu’s ability and elegant manner, she chooses to go to study at the Technical Institute of Tonan University.  Intelligent, beautiful, and capable - Xiang Qin just can't match up to Zi Yu, who has all these good qualities.  Each time they see each other, they would argue.  Yet when they both feel threatened by the force of a new love rival, the daughter of Dai Quan Enterprise, they are able to join and work together.  Even though she likes Zhi Shu very much but she is the type of girl that knows when to hold on and when to let go.

(Aaron Yan) – Chun Mei’s boyfriend.  Although he loves Chun Mei, he is controlled by his mother’s power.  Many times, he is not able to make up his mind to do what he wants.  In the end, under Xiang Qin’s encouragement and instigation, he decides to fight for his own love’s happiness and gets the approval from his mother.

(portrayed by Petty Yang) – Xiang Qin's high school classmate.  She and Ya Nong are good friends with Xiang Qin.  She has a gentle and shy personality but if Xiang Qin is wronged, she would try her best to stand up for her.  She met the rich Ah Bu when she is in college and a romantic and fairytale love story enfolds.  However, she finds out that she is pregnant right before her graduation.  An early mother and daughter in law battle, along with good friend Xiang Qin sticking her foot in to make more trouble, creates many laughter and warm, touching side stories.

(portrayed by Liu Rong Jia) – Xiang Qin's high school classmate.  She is Xiang Qin's good friend.  Has a generous personality and acts like a tomboy.  Like Chun Mei, she also silently protects Xiang Qin.  Although she often comes up with bad ideas, but her kind-heart is only thinking of the best for Xiang Qin which always makes it hard for others to criticize her.

(portrayed by Danson Tang) – Xiang Qin’s classmate in the nursing school.  He is handsome and cute and is easily mistaken by others as a female student.  He likes to taunt other students, but in actuality, he is very caring towards those people that are beside him.  His goal for studying in the nursing school is so that when he can put the cap on again, he will be able to dress all in white.  He wants to put on the cap that symbolizes Nightingale and then take his oath in front of everyone.

(portrayed by Jiang Pei Zhen) – Xiang Qin’s classmate in the nursing school.  She has a great body and an optimistic personality.  In everyone’s eyes, she is known to be a very happy and outgoing person.  During a friendly get together once, Chuan Jin, from the medical school, falls in love with her and starts to pursue her.  When a guy who only knows how to study and who only finds the subject of dissection of interest meet a fun loving and carefree girl, what sort of ending will they have?

(portrayed by Figaro Zeng) – Xiang Qin’s classmate in the nursing school.  He is an extremely honest person.  He believes that the nursing staff has a sacred mission and his only objective is to take good care of the patients.  When he sees Xiang Qin’s sadness due to being neglected by Zhi Shu, a protective feeling surges up within his heart.  However, when he finds out that there couldn’t possibly be a third person who can come between these 2 people’s deep feelings for each other, he silently steps back and becomes Xiang Qin’s best friend, who will protect her forever.

(portrayed by Cai Yi Zhen / Wu Xiong) – Xiang Qin’s classmate in nursing school.  She has a delicate and exquisite appearance.  She speaks very softly with the temperament of a princess.  She is very gentle and considerate towards other people and is very popular on campus.  However, the reason behind her entrance into the nursing school is because she can come in contact with lots of blood and corpses.  Once she sees blood, she will get an impulsive feeling surge up within her and her eyes would give off this brilliance filled with excitement.

(portrayed by Xiu Jie Kai) – Zhi Shu’s classmate in medical school.  He has excellent grades and he chooses to study at the University of Taiwan, because he wants to “defeat Jiang Zhi Shu!”  Every day, he studies very hard and his reading interests don’t escape the topic of medicine.  He is a typical bookworm.  However, he unexpectedly falls in love with Ni Na, which was a real shock to everyone.

(portrayed by Rui Sha) – An exchange student from England.  She is an innocent, enthusiastic, lovable girl who will forge bravely ahead for the things that she loves.  Their similar personality is able to cause her and Xiang Qin to become good friends.  She fell in love with Ah Jin at first sight.  She tries her best to learn how to become a traditional Chinese girl all for the sake of the one that she loves.  Her never give up attitude finally opens up Ah Jin’s tightly closed heart.
