Leo Li Qing Chuan	(portrayed by Ambrose Xu Shao Yang) - Is a famous idol singer. His personality is profound and settling, keeps to himself, a bit cold and ruthless. Loves music, and has always hoped to be able to rid the image of being an idol. He just wants his audience to simply listen to his creations. Yet under the packaging of his business manager, he has continued to be treated as famous idol tool. Aside from music, he has no feelings for anything else. The majority of the women that approaches him are because of their own curiosity. As long as someone attempts to understand what his heart is thinking, no one would be allowed to enter. Because the women who approaches him are all the same, therefore, he has no anticipations toward love at all.
Liang Yi Xun	(portrayed Tammy Chen Yi Rong) - She has seen the Korean series, Endless Love aka A Tale of Autumn. Yi Xun's persistence should probably be about the same as En Xi's (Song Hye Kyo's character)! She doesn't like to be a burden to other people and doesn't like to owe people anything. Even though Yi Xun has a hereditary congenital heart disease problem, yet she still makes herself do things that normal people would do. She hopes that people would overlook her illness and treat her as a normal person. Yi Xun and Leo are childhood friends. Because her health has always been weak, Leo would always take care of her. This brought about lots of jealousy and envy from people at school. She would often be bullied by others. Because she doesn't want to become someone else's burden and she doesn't want her mother and Leo to be worried, that's why she tries to be strong by herself. Within her delicate features, there is hidden away a strong spirit.
Tong Wei Sheng	(portrayed Wang Jian Long) - If Leo is the moon, then Xiao Tong is the sun. Contrast of one cold and one hot. Xiao Tong is a guy that is filled with sunshine and optimism. His father is a worker at a flower garden and Xiao Tong also works there too. Like all the other workers, everyday he works at the lavender garden. With his good-heart and frank and bright personality, he is always able to attract many young females. Xiao Tong has always been hanging around groups of girls, until he gets acquainted with Yi Xun. His free heart starts to tangle around this girl that suffers from a heart disease. Yi Xun's stubborn personality deeply pains Xiao Tong. He swears to protect her until she is old. If Yi Xun's illness could be cured with a heart surgery, then Xiao Tong would probably be the first person to hand out his heart to her.
Maggie	(portrayed by Penny Lin Wei Jun) - Leo's girlfriend in the U.S. She has a beautiful appearance and a frank and strong personality. A perfect, pretty, young girl. Because she had a relationship with Leo in the U.S., therefore, she uses her status as Leo's girlfriend to return to Taiwan to enter into the entertainment circle. She is under the same management company as Leo. She has always thought that she is the closest person to Leo, yet she discovers that Leo loves the ordinary and imperfect Yi Xun. What is even harder to believe is that the cold and emotionless Leo starts to open up and smile all because of Yi Xun. And this smile is not something that Maggie has seen before. Maggie is determined to do everything that she can to get Leo back…
Liang Yi Chen	(portrayed by Lin Heng Yi) - Yi Xun's elder sister. Like Yi Xun, she also lives under the shadow of the same heart disease. Yet she is lively and open-hearted and deeply loves life. Without minding her family's opposition, she has had a boyfriend once. When her sister passed away, Yi Xun saw the painful and sad expression of her sister's boyfriend and decided that she will not get into a relationship in this lifetime.
Du Xiu Qi	(portrayed by Chen Teng Long) - Yi Chen's boyfriend. Polite and scholarly. Looks after and takes care of Yi Chen in every way possible. Because he tries to coordinate with Yi Chen in everything, this causes him to be heavily burdened.
Mother Liang	(portrayed by Xu Gui Ying) - Yi Chen and Yi Xun's mother. Both of her daughters suffer from inheriting the family heart disease. She blames herself a lot. Her husband wasn't able to accept this shock and ran away from home. She works as a nutritious worker at the school so that she can be close to her daughter.
Peter	(portrayed by Xia Jing Ting) - Leo's manager. Treats Leo as a money-making object. He is selfish and only cares about his own benefits.
