(portrayed by Mike He Jun Xiang) - 23 years old.  He has an innocent personality, gets happy or sad very easily and is easily deceived by others.  An idol celebrity that is just about to become famous and keeping the truth from his manager, he secretly goes and gets married.  Unfortunately, he gets dumped by his bride at the scene of the wedding ceremony.  The thing he hates the most is being lonely (which is why he wants to get married at the age of 23 and then later hangs out with the people from "Tao Sheng Cang.")

Bian Dang: "When I want to cry, I will kept on telling lame jokes…  try my best to make myself laugh…  but the tears still continue to flow down…  Running away can become a habit, you can't always be like this, you have to learn to face the problem.  Besides, aren't you tired from constantly running away?  Have you never thought to settle down, to stay by someone's side and spend the rest of the days together…"

(portrayed by Liu Jie Yin) - 26 years old.  Bridal shop assistant.  Gao Shou is her boyfriend and is also her teacher.  When she is not familiar with people she can be very reserved and stiff, but after she has had some drinks, she will immediately change into another person.  She hates being lonely too.  Xiao Qing feels that being a chameleon is not a bad idea.  A cold-blooded animal will not suffer injuries from being hurt when it comes to feelings.  As for being a warm-blooded person, she can only close herself up by means of running away.  If there are no expectations, then there will be no disappointments.  She will not get hurt, if no one touches her heart…  Xiao Qing?  Meets the shining Bian Dang?  She suddenly feels that she must live for this ray of shining light…

Xiao Qing: "If there wasn't Tao Sheng Cang and if you weren't here, even if I disappear from this world, there's probably no one that will remember me, right?"

(portrayed by Yang Yi Zhan) - 30 years old.  Owner of the bridal shop.  He appears to be very ruthless and is very picky about his standards.  The thing he hates the most is losing.

Gao Shou: "Xiao Qing and I have known each other for almost two years and we have been together for a little more than a year.  Until now, after I have proposed marriage to her, that's when I find out that aside from here, I have no idea where Xiao Qing's hometown is.  Who else does she have in her family?…  If Xiao Qing really chooses to disappear, I'm afraid that I would have no clue as to where to look for her…" 

(portrayed by Sha Sha) - 22 years old.  Bian Dang's assistant.  Seems like a silly girl, has a long pair of arms and legs that she couldn't seem to figure out how to move.  Because she is infatuated with Bian Dang, that's why she decides to be his assistant.  After the management company terminated Bian Dang's contract, she is still dead-set on following him.

Mi Fen: "Initially, it was because I like you…  that's why I went to the company to apply for a job.  Who knew that this beautiful dream would come true.  I actually became your assistant…  Each day I can accompany you by your side, looking at you…  I would be very happy…  I feel that life is very promising…"

(portrayed by Zhou Cai Shi) - 25 years old.  Works in the bridal shop and is also Xiao Qing's roommate.  She likes Gao Shou and also likes carbonated drinks (in the past it was Coke but now it is beer).

Gao Shou: "In order to prove that I am not the type of obscene guy that you say I am, I will absolutely not hold you in this lifetime." 

In her heart, Ke Le was feeling very sad over this but on the surface, she has to pretend that she doesn't care.

Ke Le: "That will be the biggest lost in your life.  (Holds up a beer.)  A toast to your lost!"

(portrayed by Xia Jing Ting) - Very mysterious.  According to his sayings, he is a retired doctor from a far and foreign fishing boat.  Now, he manages "Tao Sheng Cang," providing a temporary place for those lonely, desolate people who have no direction in life.  He believes there are other beings in this universe, believes in the Eight Diagrams for telling fortunes, believes in the Apocalypse theory, and believes in all the metaphysics and legends…  At the same time, he is a member of the modern Shennong -practitioners of Chinese herbal medicine (however, it is other people who are the ones that taste the herbs.)  Chuan Tou tells Xiao Qing that living a life like this has no meaning at all.  Life is simply extremely uninteresting.  At first he thought that Xiao Qing would be Tao Sheng Cang's successful case in "turning a person's life around" but now, it seems as if Xiao Qing would have to be listed under the failure cases.  Moreover, Xiao Qing's rank would be even lower than the brazen-faced and shameless Poki and Wen Zi Yu.

(portrayed by Kate Yang Qi) - 30 years old.  Owner of Sha Zhou Bar (originally she was the lady boss, after her boyfriend dumped her and left with another woman, she took over the management of the Bar by herself and changed the name from Lu Zhou to Sha Zhou.)

“Wine should be drunk at happy times.  When you are not in a good mood, don't even take one sip.  Understand?”

(portrayed Bei Cun Feng Qing) - 33 years old.  He is a ninja from the village of Koka in Japan.  Because he was running from his creditors, he escapes to Taiwan.  He is the oldest occupant of "Tao Sheng Cang."

Hua Zhi: "Don't think that everyone is running away like you are, ok?  Isn't it enough that you escaped to Taiwan from Japan by yourself?  You have to pull Bian Dang to run away with you too!"

Poki: "I'm not running away.  I'm just searching for other kinds of possibilities in life."

(portrayed by Na Dou) - 25 years old.  His family circumstances aren't bad but he has a rebellious personality.  He hasn't even graduated from high school yet and ran away from home.  By chance, he comes to "Tao Sheng Cang."  Later, because he worships Chuan Tou, he stayed behind.

(portrayed by Lin Yi Hong) - 25 years old.  Chuan Tou's son.  He grew up with his mother.  He wants revenge on his father who abandoned him and his mother many years ago.

Piao Liu Mu: "Why are there parties here almost every other day?"

Chuan Tou: "You should always enjoy life and have a good time.  Even if nothing is satisfactory in life, you should still enjoy and have a good time.  Besides, it is Mi Fen's birthday today and Bian Dang's performance yesterday was very successful.  We have two good news so it's even more cause for a celebration."

Piao Liu Mu: "I'm not used to living my days like this."
