Secret 2:  Maneuvering hook shots, as he is maneuvering around, he would usually change hands to fake his movements.  He is skilled with playing on both hands, which makes it hard for his opponents to predict his moves.  Block shot, assist, restricted area, 3-point shot, rebounds, he is a very versatile player.

Record on File:  Second year at Qi Sui High School; has an indifferent personality; serious in the way he talks and in his manner; doesn’t care about things that don’t concern him; used to fighting and acting alone; a talented basketball player.  Girls who are fans of basketball adore him; he has the hottest girls cheering for him at Qi Sui High School; when it comes to love, he does a lot but says little.

Personal Relationship:  Likes peace, quiet and being alone; yet he is able to accept Xiao Xi’s energetic enthusiasm.  En route to the national league competition, he hurts Angel with his motorcycle which causes her to be temporarily paralyzed from waist down.  Chen Feng promises Angel that he will take care of her.  As a result, he has no choice but to break up with his childhood sweetheart, Xiao Xi.  Within his heart, he actually feels very unwilling to part with Xiao Xi and have many regrets…

Character:  17 years old, 185cm, country recommended for admission to the high school’s basketball team.  He is a talented player who practices very hard.  Has a steady and calm personality, sharp and firm look from his eyes.  Sometimes, his stares can cause one to feel uneasy.  Because one can’t tell what he is thinking about, he can cause one to feel that there is something wrong with oneself.  He is a guy who has a lot of confidence in himself.  He is someone who doesn’t like to talk much but if he does say something, it will definitely not be any nonsense.  Of course, he doesn’t like to be bothered by other people’s business.  (Unfortunately, Xiao Xi does.)  He is sensitive and keen when it comes to love and is dominating and a bit of a male chauvinist.  Yet he gives girls the right kind of feeling of being protected.  He likes peace and is used to being by himself.  He often sits in his on room reading.  He has a cat that Xiao Xi found one rainy night and brought to his apartment to have him raise.  Seeing how Xiao Xi is begging him, he could only agree.  Because he discovers that Xiao Xi’s expression while begging him looks very much like that of the cat and so he didn’t say anything and just accepted the cat.  Every day that Xiao Xi gets off school, she will come to Chen Feng’s place to take a look at the cat.  Chen Feng doesn’t like noise and so he only has fishes for his pet.  However, because of Xiao Xi, he accepted the fish’s enemy – cat.  This cat doesn’t know what is good for it and always circles around the fish tank.  Although, the cat often gets on Chen Feng’s nerves, but this is the way that he shows his love for Xiao Xi.  Even though he doesn’t always speak sweet words to her and will cause you to think that he doesn’t really cherish Xiao Xi much but you will often be touched by his actions that would show his love for Xiao Xi.  This is because his love comes with acceptance.

Record on File:  Second year at Qi Sui High School; a green horn who doesn’t know anything about basketball.  He plays basketball in order to get a girl.  He appears to know nothing about basketball, but he actually has great potential.  He is the son of a CEO of a company.  He can use his family background to help with the operation of the basketball team. 

Personal Relationship:  A rich young guy, who woman from the ages of 1 – 90 likes.  Carefree, cheerful, generous, straightforward.  When he is happy, he want others to be happy too.  Falls in love with Xiao Xi at first sight.  In order to pursue Xiao Xi, he is willing to bear any hardship, even change schools and join the basketball team without any hesitations.  Actually, he already has a properly matched fiancé, Barbie…

Character:  173cm, a point guard player who really has a lot of potential.  He comes from an extremely good family background.  His mom is the Chairman of the Financial Legislation Committee and represents the General Director in many places.  His father is the type that works in a New York Finance building and only holds conversations with his son over the phone.  To Prince, from the minute he is born until now, he has lived a very good life.  He lives happily and he also hopes that everyone else lives happily.  There is nothing in this world that can get in his way.  He is carefree, cheerful, generous and straightforward.  He always has a bunch of friends by him.  In his opinion, people are not divided by social class.  Whether a servant or Princess Diana, he always hopes that the people he comes in contact with live a carefree life.  He is the God in everyone else’s eyes.  One phone call from him can control someone’s life.  Yet it doesn’t seem to be able to change his own.  He is not the typical rich guy that you usually see in other idol dramas – rebelling against the family, refuses to inherit the family business, etc…  He actually doesn’t reject the life that his mom has arranged for him and he understands that his mom is doing this for his own good.  He is just a bit bored that everything in life is going so smoothly for him.  If there is something stimulating or challenging in life, he would appear even more lively.  As a result, when he sees Xiao Xi, he would get the urge to possess her.  He likes to meddle in other people’s business which is similar to Xiao Xi.  He is like Dao Ming Si but without the violent temper.  Moreover, he has a very charming personality…

Record on File:  Second year at Qi Sui High School; Is like an illuminating character, she sends off light and heat.  She is the center of the basketball team.  She is efficient in the research of basketball tactics but she doesn’t know how to play basketball.  Like Wang Yu Yan from Jin Yong’s novel, “Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils,” Xiao Xi is familiar with all the various secrets of the trade.

Personal Relationship:  She is childhood sweethearts with Chen Feng.  When she sees how depressed Chen Feng gets because of the car accident and refuses to play basketball anymore, she starts to organize a basketball team.  She hopes that Chen Feng would be able to return to playing basketball again.  However she meets up with Liu Hua, who clings on to her for dear life.  She gradually gets moved by Liu Hua’s enthusiasm but Chen Feng is still the one that is within her heart…

Personal Relationship:  Yun Shang High School basketball player, Iceman’s younger sister.  She was injured by Chen Feng which causes her to be temporarily paralyzed from waist down.  In order to raise money for her medical expenses, Chen Feng has no choice but to give up on his studies and start working around…  She falls in love with Chen Feng.  In order to keep Chen Feng by her side forever, she can give up her own life…  She is the pain that is forever within Chen Feng’s heart…

Personal Relationship:  Liu Hua’s fiancé.  Is a beautiful girl.  For Liu Hua, she enters Qi Sui to become a first year student.  At first, she regards Xiao Xi as her love rival, but she is moved by Xiao Xi’s sincere personality and so become good friends with Xiao Xi…  Her good looks and considerate nature, causes her to become well received by the basketball team.  During the course of the basketball training, she meets Gao Xing whose behavior seems very ruthless.  Over the course of time, they grow from hating one another to developing feelings for one another.

Secret 1:  Single-hand return shots

Secret 2:  Has the imposing manner to be able to sufficiently crush his opponents.  This is the reason he is able to force his opponents back and make the three point balls.

Record on File:  Second year at Yun Shang High School.  Has a calm personality, great judgment, is the spiritual leader of Yun Shang High School’s basketball team.

Personal Relationship:  Because of Chen Feng’s injury to his younger sister, Angel, he left before the second half of the game during the national league competition.  This caused their school’s team to lose the championship and it also caused himself to miss the opportunity to participate in the NCAA.  Under both of these setbacks, he feels much animosity towards Chen Feng.  He is also the main force that pushes Chen Feng back in the basketball court.  Yet he is still not willing to forgive Chen Feng.

Record on File:  Male, 35 years old.  Named as the “number 1 coach.”  After being dismissed by Yun Shang High School, he assumed the name “Lao Die” and works at a car washing place.

         Personal Relationship:  Because of Chen Feng’s injury to Angel, Iceman has to leave in the middle of the basketball game which leads to Yun Shang High School’s lost in the national league competition.  After he is dismissed from the school, his spirits sank day by day.  Until Xiao Xi and Liu Hua finds him in their quest to organize a basketball team…  After joining Qi Sui, he is met with many student problems.  But he uses love, reason and warmth to influence the students and to solve the student problems.  His son, Qiang Qiang, is the most important person to him and they both depend on one another.  In order to fight for the right to be his son’s guardian, under Xiao Xi and Liu Hua’s encouragement, he revives his name as the “number 1 coach.”

Record on File:  He passes the ball with boldness and has a fearless attitude.  He excels in assists, three point balls and individual shots to score points.  He was a skilled basketball player during junior high school but because he beat up a coach during a certain competition, he was banned from stepping foot into the basketball court again. From then on, he is always being resentful to the world and everything around him.  He becomes the sort of tyrant that everyone detests and is afraid of.  Until he meets Lao Die only then did he return to the basketball court.  In the beginning, he really despises, Barbie, who is obsessed with the color pink.  He and Barbie would always get on each other’s nerves.  In the end, he somehow discovers that he has unexpectedly fallen in love with the pink Barbie doll…

Record on File:  Third year high school basketball player.  A member of the Qi Sui Basketball team who works hard without any complaints.  He has a timid personality and an appearance that makes one want to bully him when they see him.  He really wants to get on the court and play basketball but things don’t always go the way that one wants.  Twenty years ago, Frog’s father was actually a famous basketball player.  However, he unfortunately passed away in an accident and this ended the beginning of what would have been a magnificent professional basketball career.  In his heart, Frog has always wanted to be like his father and become a basketball champion.  In order to enter Yun Shang and become a champion, he is willing to become Yun Shang’s spy.  But at the last moment, he is moved by Xiao Xi’s warm feelings and he returns to Qi Sui.  Everyone also forgives him for stepping off track.

Record on File:  A strong and ruthless person whom no one can block.  He looks mean but actually has a very good heart.  He is also the captain of Qi Sui’s basketball team – just like Takenori Akagi from Slam Dunk.  He is tall and strong which causes his juniors in school to be in awe of him.  He loves basketball with his whole heart.  Whether it is his age or the number of years playing basketball, he is the oldest within the team.  Because he is already in his third year of high school, he regards the match with Yun Shang as the final match of his high school basketball career.  As a result, he is firm on his belief and wants to do everything possible to win the championship so that he can say something great has happened during his high school years.  However, he is faced with tremendous pressure from the college entrance exams and he must withdraw from the team to cope with his schoolwork.

Record on File:  Defense small forward.  But because he is not big enough and is afraid of getting hurt, he often gets knocked down.  He is extremely cautious of the way he looks.  At first, he is very unused to getting bruises all over and sweating.  He acts feminine and if often mistaken to be gay.  Yet he loves pretty girls and hip hop music.  He likes street dancing and street corner basketball.  He has great rhythm too.  If there is no music, he would start panicking.  With music, he becomes a master at dribbling the ball.  He doesn’t like to sweat but when he discovers that pretty girls like basketball players, he endures his pain and joins the basketball team.  He would always say “No!” when it comes to exhausting training.  But later, he realizes the pleasure in playing ball and he overcomes his own psychological barriers and becomes a skilled player.

Record on File:  Great three point shooter.  Difficult for his opponents to guard against him.  He is great at the basketball shooting machine games; his probability of getting the ball into the net is 99%.  He likes to bet with people using the basketball shooting machine game to make some money.  He regards “money” as everything.  Everything he does has to have some benefit.  Aside from books within his book bag, you will be able to find anything else there could possibly be in there.  Later, because Prince pays him an hourly rate, only then did he agree to join the basketball team.  When the team has a shortage of funds, he uses his natural business brains to help the team raise money.  He knows that if they win the championship and become an MVP player, he will be worth a lot of money, and so he is the typical type that will fight for money!  When Yun Shang starts to feel the threat of Qi Sui, they wanted to bribe the money-loving Killer as a spy.  However, Killer painfully rejects their offer because of his conscience and so that’s how Frog becomes the spy instead.  Killer still doesn’t understand why he would change.  It turns out that it is all because of Lao Die’s influence.

Record on File:  A member of the Yun Shang Basketball team.  He is narrow-minded and takes revenge to heart very strongly.  He is exceedingly serious and stubborn towards basketball.  He can’t forgive Lao Die for causing their team to lose the championship and he detests Chen Feng who is always beating him on the court.  As a result, he is always scheming to take revenge on Chen Feng.  Even when Chen Feng is at the lowest point in his life, Shao Wei will not let him off so easily.

Record on File:  A student at Yun Shang.  One of Prince’s sidekicks.  He is nickname “Gou Tui Wang.”  He is Prince’s brain and messenger.  However, he hardly ever succeeds and mostly fails.  Yet he is a very loyal and devoted to Prince.

Record on File:  Male, 45 years old.  Principal of Qi Sui High School.  He is timid and is afraid of getting into trouble.  At first, he is against organizing a basketball team because he is afraid that they will have to use the school’s funds for it.  But because Prince enters the school and his mother, Chun Yi becomes the President of the Parents Association, he agrees to establish a basketball team.  After he finds out that Prince likes Xiao Xi, Qing Zhong would often create opportunities for his daughter to get together with Prince.  However, he always creates a mess of things and is totally embarrassed!  When Qi Sui is faced with the destiny of being demolished, he takes out the last of his strength to fight for the school and this is all because Qing Zhong has been infected by the spirit of the basketball team.

Record on File:  Male, 45 years old.  He is kind and optimistic but difficult to gage.  He is Qi Sui’s alumnus.  When he was young, he created Qi Sui’s basketball legend and later he even becomes a national basketball champion.  When he becomes a middle aged man, he successfully changed his profession and becomes a certain international enterprise chain’s Vice Chairman of Asia.  Because he misses basketball, he builds a basketball court in a small town so that the students could enjoy playing basketball.  No one knows about his magnificent past on the court.  They only know that he is a good player.  After he and prince become good friends, he would often pass on some basketball skills to Prince.  He is the secret weapon behind Prince’s huge improvement in basketball.

Record on File:  Female, 45 years old.  Prince’s mother.  A skilled and competent business woman.  She is involved in many things like a large enterprise for one.  Not only is she in the business and political circle in Taiwan, but she is also one of the riches woman in Taiwan.  She is also the President of Yun Shang’s Board of Directors.  She lives an extremely superior lifestyle.  She has very high hopes for her only son and she has been raising him to be a great businessman since young.  Most of her time is spent at her Wall Street office building in New York and she often uses video conference to talk to her son.  Chun Yi and Gu Ji had a basketball relationship in the past.  She is the mental strength behind Gu Ji’s ability to create his basketball legend.  Later, because of the reality of life, they both went their separate ways and got married to other people.

Record on File:  Male, 12 years old.  A sixth grade student, Lao Die’s son.  He has always been influenced by what he sees and hears.  He dreams of being a great basketball player like his father.  Lao Die always spoils him and each time there is a team meeting, he would make an extra shirt #22 for Qiang Qiang which symbolizes victory.  After Lao Die and his wife divorced, Qiang Qiang chooses to stay with Lao Die.  He is the mental strength behind Lao Die’s ability to stand back up on his feet.  However, because of an accident, Qiang Qiang falls into a vegetative state.  Will he be able to wake up and see the father whom he worships again…?
