                 Life is not a fair game,  "a sparrow becoming a phoenix", is that a guarantee for a happy life?  If you receive, out of nowhere, million upon millions of an inheritance, would life become happier?  A large sum of inheritance will not only test out a human's dangerous side, but also clearly display the power of virtuousness and love.  Under the most inferior situation, the real angel will emit out a shining light…

                 Sheng Yin Enterprise's CEO, Chen Ao Fu (a mafia company's CEO who ardently loves to eat cake) died of an illness, leaving one will behind for his missing granddaughter to inherit the inheritance and the power.  A beautiful girl who loves to play billiards, Xiao Ting, who grew up together in an orphanage with Xiao Man, therefore, unexpectedly, took charge of a mafia gang company.  Originally, thinking that she will inherit the inheritance, Zhu Mei Dai, the widow, and also the gang leader's most competent helper, his adopted son, Xiong Tian - the only thing that they can do now is to follow the will and assist the beautiful girl in becoming the mafia's leader.  After the death of Chen Ao Fu, Jiang Long, who gained the support of his superiors, took this opportunity to penetrate deeply into the core of the mafia's operations to find evidence to bring down the mafia gang's empire.

                 Xiao Ting, Xiao Man grew up in an orphanage together since they were kids.  Xiao Ting possesses a tomboy's personality, always yielding to Xiao Man.  When they were little, while pretending to play "family" and pretending to be the cartoon character, Xiao Tian Tian, Xiao Ting would always play the part of the protector.  There was a time because of Xiao Man's crying, Xiao Ting even gave Xiao Man her only object that is evidence of her real birth - a necklace with the pattern of an angel's feather's wing.  Under this mistake, starting from the beginning, Sheng Yin Enterprise was under the control of Xiao Man and she took over the identity of being the mistress.  During the period of time when she was in charge of the mafia, many funny and unexpectedly things happened.

                Xiong Tian is an old acquaintance of Jiong Long's.  When they were small, there was a time when they both received special martial training.  But after Jiong Long returned to the country he was fated to be in a Special Agent Organization.  (The next sentence was confusing to me, so it may not make any sense.  ^_^)  By means of a "guest's role", he transmits on orders and carry out missions.  Being a spy, Jiong Long meets with Xiong Tian again and he does all he can to make Xiong Tian trust him.  Before Mei Dai lost her power, she and Xiong Tian had some sort of illicit relationship.  When she no longer had any chance to receive the inheritance, she could only make use of her good looks and join forces with other powerful mafias to carry out a rebellion.

               After Mei Dai lost her power, Xiong Tian immediately changes his objective.  He turn to the newly leader, Xiao Man (who's wearing the necklace of evidence that Xiao Ting gave her) and starts going after her.  Xiao Man originally likes Jiong Long, but Jiong Long refuses to acknowledge it.  Underneath Xiao Man's envious/jealous attitude, she gradually gets together with Xiong Tian and unexpectedly starts to have real feelings for him.  At the same time, Jiong Long becomes the only person who can protect Xiao Ting and be Xiao Ting's guardian angel.  But if Xiao Ting is actually the true heir to the gang, then that would go against Jiong Long's mission as a spy.  And Xiao Ting, after getting along with him for some time, starts to have some feelings for Jiong Long.  Regardless of concerning Xiao Ting, Xiao Man, or other people, Xiao Ting and Xiao Man's entrance into Sheen Yin Enterprise, is the beginning of a new life for everyone.
