Episode 1: 

              On a certain corner street intersection in Shanghai, Qin Lang’s delivery bicycle is damaged by the high class car that the glittering princess, Yu Xin Lei, is riding in.  Although Xin Lei insists on not admitting she is wrong, yet she still takes money out to give to Qin Lang.  Even though Qin Lang is poor but he still has his pride, so he fiercely throws the money back at Xin Lei.  Xin Lei could not believe that she would meet someone with manners as bad as Qin Lang.  

              Xin Lei, who has never cooked before, in order to show off her “culinary skills” at her boyfriend, Yin Shang Dong’s family’s banquet, she arrives at the Taiwanese snack bar that Qin Lang works at to learn how to cook.  With the nickname of “Prince of Oyster Omelettes,” Qin Lang gets captivated by the rays of this glittering princess and unexpectedly agrees to teach Xin Lei how to make oyster omelettes.

              There is nothing in this world that Yu Xin Lei would not be able to do, yet this pan of oyster omelettes truly defeats Xin Lei.  It drives Qin Lang crazy seeing an oyster omelette decorated with rose flower petals!

              From Che Ren, Xin Lei finds out that Qin Lang comes to Shanghai to achieve his dream of publishing a picture album yet his money and plane ticket gets stolen by his friend.  He had no other choice but to make oyster omelettes at “Happy 131.”  Xin Lei decides to unleash her benevolence and help Qin Lang.

              Qin Lang angrily looks at the plane ticket that Xin Lei gives to him and feels that this girl is insulting him!  What Qin Lang hates the most is accepting charity from others and Xin Lei’s action just happens to make him blow his mind.  Xin Lei, on the other hand, is furious that she gets rejected!  “If it wasn’t because of the oyster omelettes, I wouldn’t pay you any attention at all!”  How will Xin Lei’s rose petal oyster omelettes pass the test of the Yin family’s banquet?...

Episode 2: 

              Bankrupted!  Company goes out of business!  It’s a lie!

              Xin Lei’s parents’ business fails and they leave the country.  They tell Xin Lei that they have a house in Taiwan and leaves her with a key and a plane ticket to Taiwan.  Having lived her life in heaven all this time, Xin Lei immediately falls to the ground.  After seeing the morning news, Qin Lang swiftly rides his bicycle to Xin Lei’s home.  At the front entrance, he sees a depressed Xin Lei running into the arms of Shang Dong.  It seems that it is enough that the Princess is being comforted by the Prince and so Qin Lang silently leaves.

              Shang Dong tells his parents that he is planning to get married with Xin Lei.  Being thrown into similar financial difficulties because of Xin Lei’s parents, Shang Dong’s parents did not accept this marriage plan.  The helpless Xin Lei had thought that Shang Dong will stay by her side through this difficult time.  The depressed Xin Lei coincidentally encounters Qin Lang on the road.  Qin Lang’s heart hurts for Xin Lei but he couldn’t come up with any reassuring words for her.

              In order to save their own family’s business, which is also on the verge of bankruptcy, Shang Dong have no other choice but to agree to get engaged with the Han family’s daughter.  In order to not let Shang Dong still feel guilty in his heart for her, Xin Lei decides to ask Qin Lang to go to the engagement party with her.

              Have to be a chauffeur again?  Qin Lang thought that he was going to become a prince but it turns out that the princess only wants him to be her chauffeur.  This time Xin Lei is not giving him a plane ticket.  Instead, she takes Qin Lang to a music shop.  She couldn’t be thinking of giving him a piano, could she?  Qin Lang is scared.  On the piano, Xin Lei starts to play the song that Qin Lang often sings.  Staring at Xin Lei’s back as she plays the piano, Qin Lang’s heart starts to swell with a strange feeling.

              At this time, Xin Lei meets up with an old acquaintance from the past – CEO of a multinational enterprise, Lian Sheng Quan.  Xin Lei turns around and invites Lian Sheng Quan to be her partner for Yin Shang Dong’s engagement party.  Lian Sheng Quan, who originally has had feelings for Xin Lei but still couldn’t win her heart, of course, agrees to her invitation quickly… 

Episode 3: 

              Xin Lei runs off at Yin Shang Dong’s engagement banquet and this is the first time that this glittering princess has lost her dazzling ray of light.  Actually, Qin Lang will be leaving Shanghai to go back to Taiwan soon, but when he is faced with Xin Lei, he couldn’t bring himself to tell her of his impending departure.

              Early the next morning, Qin Lang leaves Shanghai.  Xin Lei hurriedly rushes to Happy 131 but she and Qin Lang misses each other.  Not knowing why Qin Lang left, Xin Lei feels sad that she will be short of one less friend to care about her and feels even lonelier.  At this time, Shang Dong’s parents come to Xin Lei and requests that she not see Shang Dong again.  This makes Xin Lei come to the decision to leave Shanghai and go to Taiwan!

              Qin Lang, who returns to Taiwan, aside from having to find a way to deceive Grandma, he also has to deal with Cai Xiao Yang, who believes herself to be his girlfriend.  As for the glittering princess… they probably shouldn’t be meeting again?

              Arriving in Taiwan, Xin Lei happens to run into Lian Sheng Quan again.  They both head to the night market’s snack shops and actually miss seeing Qin Lang, who is working there!  The strong willed Xin Lin tries to find the big mansion that her parents told her about all by herself… returning to Taiwan, Qin Lang lies to his grandma and tells her that he has published his own picture album in Shanghai.  Although Grandma feels that something wasn’t right, but she still accepts what Qin Lang tells her.

              “Yu Xin Lei?”  “Qin Lang?”  It is you!  Both, who thought they are seeing things, gets reunited in Taiwan!

              Qin Lang sees the glittering princess, Yu Xin Lei at the entrance of the alley by his home.  Still acting like a princess, Xin Lei tells Qin Lang that she has come to Taiwan for a vacation!  The key in Xin Lei’s hand could actually open up the door to Qin Lang’s home?  Everyone is astonished by this situation!

Episode 4:

              Arriving at Qin Lang’s home, there are still a lot of things that the pampered Xin Lei is still not accustomed to and on top of this, Grandma keeps on giving her a hard time.  Qin Lang worries that Xin Lei, who is unfamiliar with the people and places in Taiwan, would get into an accident if she goes out by herself.  Riding on his bicycle, he chases after Xin Lei only to find her having breakfast at a 5 star hotel.  Qin Lang is worried that she doesn’t understand what her situation is like now… 

              In Grandma’s eyes, Xin Lei is an arrogant and impolite girl.  When she comes home, not only did she find out that Xin Lei has bought a piano, but Xin Lei also lost the money box that Grandma uses to save her money in.  Grandma is so furious that she tells Xin Lei to move out.  In a moment’s desperation, Qin Lang blurts out “Grandma, she cannot leave!  Because she is my girlfriend!”

              With no choice, Grandma starts to make up all kinds of rules.  In order to make Xin Lei stay behind, Qin Lang pretends to comply.  These two people start their new life living in this dangerous lie under the same roof.  In order to pay rent to Grandma, Xin Lei starts to actively look for a job.  Qin Lang knows that Xin Lei is not familiar with the roads in Taipei so he volunteers to take her to her job interviews.  Xin Lei refuses his offer but she still gets on Qin Lang’s bicycle.

              Even though this is the first time that Xin Lei is looking for a job, but she is still filled with confidence.  This is because there is nothing in the world that she, Yu Xin Lei, couldn’t do!  Xin Lei arrives at an airline company for a job interview and gets acquainted with a new friend – the happy and smiling, Bi Zhu.  They both encourage each other on their interviews.

              Qin Lang takes Xin Lei to Bi Bi Huo Studio.  Xin Lei thoughtlessly speaks out her motto “Even if one falls down, one must smile heroically.”  It turns out that this motto happens to be a famous phrase within one of Jiu Ba Dao’s novels and this leads to Jiu Ba Dao’s conclusion that Xin Lei has special feelings for him.  Actually, this phrase is said by Qin Lang and Xin Lei just happens to keep it in her mind all this time.  As for Bi Zhu, she is a big fan of Jiu Ba Dao and knows all his famous phrases by heart.  Seeing the admiration from Bi Zhu’s eyes, Jiu Ba Dao is worried that another young girl has fallen under his spell. 

              The results of the interview are announced and Xin Lei and Bi Zhu both get recruited.  Jiu Ba Dao generously treats everyone to eat oyster omelettes to celebrate.  Jiu Ba Dao believes that Bi Zhu and Xin Lei both like him and he is troubled over whom he should choose.  Dishwasher, Ah Da, who works at the night market, mistakenly thinks that Xin Lei is dating Jiu Ba Dao and Lian Sheng Quan at the same time. 

              Qin Lang, Jiu Ba Dao, a rich guy, Xin Lei has 3 boyfriends?

Episode 5:

              Qin Lang, Jiu Ba Dao, a rich guy, Xin Lei has 3 boyfriends?  Ah Da tells Grandma that Xin Lei might be a cheater.  Furious, Ah Da and Grandma both worry that Qin Lang would have his heart broken and didn’t dare to tell him the truth.  They can only secretly get revenge on Xin Lei and gives her a whole list of household chores to do.

              Cai Xiao Yang finds out that Xin Lei is living in Qin Lang’s home and she rushes to the snack booth to protest to Qin Lang.  Why didn’t he ask for her permission before getting a girlfriend?  Qin Lang tells her again that he doesn’t have any love feelings for her at all.  There will only be friendship between the two of them.  Xiao Yang angrily leaves.

              A decision is made!  Jiu Ba Dao will tell Bi Zhu… sorry, he has finally made up his mind to pursue Xin Lei.  Ah Yi, who is standing aside, gets surprised by this declaration.  Qin Lang wonders if he should stop Jiu Ba Dao from chasing this beautiful dream. 

              Xin Lei, who has not worked for more than 24 hours, gets fired from her job!  Qin Lang quietly thinks that it must be that the princess couldn’t endure the hardship.

              In order to celebrate the release of his new book, Jiu Ba Dao invites everyone to the snack street.  He planned to confess his feelings to Xin Lei at this time but happens to run into Lian Sheng Quan, who has come to inspect the snack street.  At this moment, all of Xin Lei’s rumored boyfriends are gathered in one place.  Grandma and Ah Da are worried that Qin Lang will get hurt.  Originally, they were going to prevent Jiu Ba Dao from confessing, but if all three boyfriends are on the scene, then why not just let Xin Lei openly choose the guy that she wants.

              Flabbergasted, at first, Xin Lei did not want to choose anyone, but Qin Lang jumps out and confesses to Xin Lei.  Speechless, everyone looks at Qin Lang as he confesses his love to Xin Lei.  Seeing how he is defeated, Jiu Ba Dao flips the table over in his anger.  He leaves everyone standing there with looks of dismay on their faces.  A happy celebration of the release of a new book turns into a day where good friends get into an argument.

              Returning home, feeling a bit tipsy, Qin Lang and Xin Lei are both feeling a bit awkward.  Unable to control his feelings, Qin Lang suddenly kisses Xin Lei.  Early the next morning, Grandma finds them sleeping together in the same room.  Although, they both keep on reiterating that nothing had happened between them, Grandma still gave Xin Lei a scolding.  Because of the problem with the room, both Xin Lei and Qin Lang, gets into an argument again.  They both warn each other to forget about their kiss.

              That’s right!  Nothing could possibly happen between them!  But, as the saying goes: “There is nothing that’s impossible in this world!”  Ha!

Episode 6:

              Xiao Yang runs uninvited into Qin Lang’s home.  At first, she was going to interrogate Xin Lei but then she suddenly asks Xin Lei if she wants to go to Xiao Yang’s family’s hotel to work.  No one understands what exactly it is that Xiao Yang is thinking of.  They didn’t think that the arrogant and proud Xin Lei would accept but she readily agrees causing Qin Lang to be dumbfounded. 

              Not only did Xiao Yang let Xin Lei go to work in her family’s hotel, she even hangs Qin Lang’s drawings in the hotel.  Seeing how Xiao Yang has her arm hooked around Qin Lang’s arm, Xin Lei shows a rare sign of loneliness.  Actually ever since her family’s bankruptcy, Xin Lei has not easily shown her weakness in front of other people.  Yet the attentive Qin Lang sees through to the glittering princess’s homesickness. 

              You want to eat Shanghai cuisine?  Nicknamed the Prince of Oyster Omelettes, even though Qin Lang has lived in Shanghai for 3 months, he knows nothing about Shanghai cuisine.  In order to personally cook food for Xin Lei, he secretly places a call to Shanghai to ask for help.  Qin Lang makes a whole table full of Shanghai food.  Even though Xin Lei is picky about all the dishes, but Qin Lang’s thoughtfulness causes Xin Lei to be secretly touched in her heart by his gestures… 

              A special guest arrives at the hotel where Xin Lei and Bi Zhu work at.  He is an international pianist from Japan, An Teng Feng and he has extremely high standards for his lodging surroundings.  Proficient in various different languages, Xin Lei becomes his personal caretaker.

              Seeing Xin Lei for the first time, An Teng Feng somehow expresses a tremendous interest in her.  He even calls her very late at night and instructs her to hurry over to the hotel which causes Qin Lang to feel very uncomfortable.  With regards to the matter of An Teng Feng taking down Qin Lang’s drawings in the hotel, Cai Xiao Yang brings Qin Lang to look for An Teng Feng to question him and finds him and Xin Lei having dinner together.

              An Teng Feng invites Xin Lei and Bi Zhu to go with him to see the location of the music performance.  Seeing An Teng Feng’s dedicated performance brings forth the sweet memories that Xin Lei has had with Shang Dong in Shanghai.  For the time being, she forgets herself and starts to play along with An Teng Feng.  Feeling ill at ease all night long, Qin Lang hurriedly comes over and sees An Teng Feng and Xin Lei playing the piano together.  A feeling of jealously couldn’t help but flare up within him.  Could the deep feelings of the Prince of Oyster Omelettes prevail over the talented pianist?  The two handsome guys directly face each other; Qin Lang is on the verge of getting caught up in a bitter battle!

Episode 7:

              Feeling ill at ease all night long, Qin Lang hurriedly comes over and sees An Teng Feng and Xin Lei playing the piano together.  A feeling of jealously couldn’t help but flare up within him.  Totally flustered and exasperated, he calls Xin Lei and tells her to hurry up and come home because he has something very urgent that he needs to talk to her about.  Xin Lei immediately leaves An Teng Feng and hastily rushes back to Qin Lang’s home.  She leaves Bi Zhu and the lonely An Teng Feng behind.

              Qin Lang, having called Xin Lei home, hurriedly throws Xin Lei’s clothes and shoes out the room.  Under the desperate circumstances, he never imagined that he would do something so stupid.  Not only did he cause Xin Lei to have no clothes and shoes, but he also causes Ah Ma to think badly of Xin Lei even more.  Ah Ma wants Xin Lei to quickly move out of Qin Lang’s house after she gets her paycheck.  Feeling guilty, Qin Lang quietly wonders what he should do to try to save this foolish situation that he has caused.  He secretly thinks that he should buy a new pair of shoes to give to Xin Lei.

              Bi Zhu uses the excuse of accompanying An Teng Feng to travel to the South so that she can attend Jiu Ba Dao’s book signing session.  Xin Lei doesn’t understand why An Teng Feng would agree to travel with Bi Zhu to the South.  Being his private caretaker, Xin Lei must follow An Teng Feng and be by his side.  Actually, An Teng Feng’s reason for agreeing is very simple.  It is because this would be the perfect opportunity for him to spend time alone with Xin Lei…

              Xiao Yang takes Qin Lang to her family’s hotel to “check-in to a room.”  Furious, Bi Zhu takes Xin Lei and decides to peep into the room from the balcony to find out what is going on inside the room.  They actually see Qin Lang and Xiao Yang kissing inside the room!  Not being able to accept what she sees, Xin Lei turns around and leaves without paying any heed to Qin Lang, who rushes out of the room calling out to her.

              Also a victim in this mess, Qin Lang furiously leaves the hotel.  He uses all his strength to ride his bicycle in hopes of catching up to Xin Lei.  Yet all he manages to see is the bus that Xin Lei is on turning the corner and getting further and further away.

              What the heck is Qin Lang doing?  He actually gives Yu Xin Lei a pair of sneakers?  Doesn’t he understand that giving someone a pair of sneakers implies asking that person to “leave?”  Really don’t understand whether Qin Lang is naïve or stupid…  Receiving the sneakers, Xin Lei gets really angry and she returns them to Qin Lang.  It is because Qin Lang threw away Xin Lei’s clothes and shoes, that he went to buy a pair of sneakers for her.  When he sees that his kindness is being “returned,” Qin Lang decides to let Xin Lei see what a pair of designer sneakers looks like!

              With much difficulty, An Teng Feng sneaks away from his manager and follows everyone to travel to the South.  Qin Lang seems to have lost his mind since he keeps on telling Ah Yi to step on the gas to try to get in front of An Teng Feng’s car.  They were speeding so much that they were way ahead!  But which road did their speeding take them?  Xin Lei only feels that Qin Lang’s behavior is very childish…

              The whole gang arrives at the amusement park to check out the site where Jiu Ba Dao will have his book signing session tomorrow.  Qin Lang, who sees Xin Lei taking especially good care of An Teng, constantly feels an obscure fire burning within his heart.  During this whole trip, Xin Lei practically spends all her time together with An Teng, which causes everyone to start wondering if Xin Lei and Qin Lang are really dating.

Episode 8:

              On the day of the book signing session, the famous An Teng Feng receives everyone’s warm welcome.  This causes Xin Lei to grab a hold of An Teng Feng’s hand and pulls him away!  Seeing them leave, Qin Lang could only helplessly stand there!  Friends are always there but once love leaves, it’s never coming back!  Jiu Ba Dao calls out!  As a result, Qin Lang quickly runs after Xin Lei and An Teng Feng.  He never thought that he would see them wrapped around each other’s arms.  The dejected Qin Lang turns and leaves.

              That night, Xin Lei learns about An Teng Feng’s past.  She finally knows who the silhouette that An Teng Feng has always been trying to look for on her is.  She hugs him only because she cares.  The one that she truly cares about is this pair of ugly and yet cute sneaker that she is wearing on her feet…

              Everyone is making a big fuss over who Xin Lei likes – Qin Lang or An Teng Feng?  Xin Lei decides to call Qin Lang out and have a talk with him.  They both sit by the swimming pool negotiating about their “break up.”  Qin Lang just couldn’t seem to say how he really feels out loud.  In her anger, Xin Lei pushes him into the swimming pool.  Drenched from head to toe, Qin Lang drags Xin Lei into the pool and kisses her.  This act frightens Bi Zhu, Ah Yi and Jiu Ba Dao who has been hiding aside and spying on them.  What kind of love game are these two people playing?

              Returning to Taipei, An Teng’s manager is in a rage and announces that he will replace Xin Lei as An Teng’s personal caretaker.  An Teng Feng tells Xin Lei a secret which only she knows about and he invites her to come and listen to his performance.  Xin Lei happily accepts.

              Xin Lei gets her paycheck!  It is also the time when Xin Lei should be moving out of Qin Lang’s house!  Anyway, they have both agreed that they will break-up once they come back to Taipei so it is only natural that she should move out.  Yet why does Xin Lei’s heart hurt when she hears Qin Lang speaking like this?

              Xin Lei is moving out of Qin Lang’s home!  Even though Ah Ma said that Xin Lei broke the rules and that as soon as Xin Lei receives her paycheck, she is to move out of the house, but actually in everyone’s heart, they don’t want Xin Lei to leave – especially Qin Lang.  However, not knowing how to express himself, he seems to have made the situation even worse…

Episode 9:

              Xin Lei is moving out of Qin Lang’s home!  Even though Ah Ma said that Xin Lei broke the rules and that as soon as Xin Lei receives her paycheck, she is to move out of the house, but actually in everyone’s heart, they don’t want Xin Lei to leave – especially Qin Lang.  However, not knowing how to express himself, he seems to have made the situation even worse…

              Xin Lei encounters some trouble again?  This time even the police officers pay a visit to make an arrest. 

              Bi Zhu hurriedly rushes over to the snack street and tells Qin Lang that Xin Lei is taken away by the police.  Burning with impatience, Qin Lang gets on his bicycle and dashes at top speed toward the police station.  He sees Xin Lei’s hands being handcuffed together and there is nothing he can do about it.  Even Mu Dan Po, who rushes along was extremely agitated and continuously pleads in favor of Xin Lei.

              It turns out that An Teng Feng’s beloved ring has vanished right before his performance and it was found inside Xin Lei’s locker.  Also, Xin Lei is the only person who knows the password to the safety box and so An Teng Feng could not help but suspect Xin Lei for stealing his ring.

              Is there a mistake?  Although Xin Lei is proud and arrogant, but she will absolutely not resort to stealing!  Enraged, Qin Lang goes to the hotel to look for An Teng Feng to talk with him.  If they are friends, then why doesn’t he believe in Xin Lei?!  An Teng Feng shows Qin Lang a photo of Xin Lei jumping into the river to save a pair of sneakers without a care for her own safety.  Qin Lang’s heart skips a beat and realizes that Xin Lei cares about him also.

              When everyone is worrying about gathering the money to bail Xin Lei out of jail, Ah Ma takes a big sum of money out of nowhere.  Xin Lei finally gets bailed out of jail…  Qin Lang takes Xin Lei home.  He prepares a whole table filled with Shanghai cuisine for her.  Mu Dan Po and Ah Da both treat Xin Lei warmly.  Mu Dan Po even promises that she will not kick Xin Lei out of the house again.  Xin Lei is deeply touched.

              Xin Lei returns to the hotel and plans to resign from her job.  After all, a five star hotel will not hire someone who is suspected of being a thief to work as their staff.  Unexpectedly, the manager hurriedly runs over to tell Xin Lei that they have found out who the real thief is.

              It appears that Xiao Yang, in order to frame Xin Lei, ordered Yan Ling to steal An Teng Feng’s ring.  However, An Teng uncovered Yan Ling’s plan.  “Even if I have to be locked away in prison, I wouldn’t give Qin Lang to you!”  Xin Lei vows in front of Xiao Yang.  Standing on the side, Bi Zhu is shocked by Xin Lei’s announcement.  Xin Lei is also a little bewildered at what she blurted out.  Yet when she thinks back to every little thing that has happened between her and Qin Lang, Xin Lei secretly makes a decision in her heart…

              An Teng Feng leaves his ring behind for Xin Lei.  Xin Lei rushes to the airport.  Would Xin Lei go up to see An Teng one last time?

Episode 10:

              Xin Lei rushes to the airport.  Because she knows that this is An Teng Feng’s most precious treasure, she couldn’t accept this ring.  Before his departure, An Teng Feng reminds Xin Lei again of Qin Lang’s feelings for her.  Xin Lei is finally cleared from the false accusations against her and everyone can breathe easy now.  Ah Ma tells Qin Lang to take Xin Lei out and have some fun.

              Qin Lang and Xin Lei are alone together and it is inevitable that they appear a bit awkward.  There are words that they want to tell each other but both hesitates to speak up…

              Qin Lang is finally willing to open up his heart and tells Xin Lei why he is so stubborn when it comes to his drawings.  That time when he is in Shanghai, why he stayed to work at Happy 131.  This is all because of his father.  This is the first time that Xin Lei sees Qin Lang revealing his loneliness…

              Xin Lei asks Ah Ma whether Qin Lang can paint and draw.  Ah Ma sees through to Xin Lei’s heart and encourages Xin Lei to tell Qin Lang her true feelings.  After Xin Lei has been accepted by Ah Ma, not only will she take the initiative to work on the chores at home, but since she doesn’t have a job now, she even goes to help out at the snack booth.  This makes Ah Ma very happy and everyone is surprised.  The Princess has really changed…

              Jiu Ba Dao and Ah Yi make a fuss because in two days it will be Valentine’s Day.  They urge Qin Lang to confess his feelings to Xin Lei on Valentine’s Day.  Although Qin Lang gets weak in the legs when he thinks about confessing to Xin Lei, yet he still meticulously plans a Valentine’s Day date.  Will Qin Lang’s confession plan succeed?

              Although the Valentine’s Day date didn’t go as smoothly as planned, the pair of them continues to bicker with each other and they parted on bad terms but Qin Lang receives the Valentine’s Day present that Xin Lei gives him.  He gives Xin Lei a picture of a genie lamp that he drew and asks Xin Lei to make three wishes.  Xin Lei feels that this is very childish and just casually says:  I wish my family didn’t get bankrupted.  Shang Dong will come back to look for me. Etc…  She never expected that her wish would really come true!

              Yin Shang Dong really comes to look for Xin Lei!

Episode 11:

              All these troubles that the lies have caused!  In the letters that Xin Lei writes to Xi Xian, she lies to Xi Xian that Ah Ma is the housekeeper, Ah Da is the cook and Qin Lang is the chauffeur.  Ah Ma is already unhappy about the fact that Xiao Yang’s father is invading the house because of the money that she took from him for bailing Xin Lei out of jail.  Now that Ah Ma sees Shang Dong showing up at the house, she gets even more outraged.  In her agitation, she faints and has to be hospitalized!  Qin Lang and Ah Da couldn’t forgive Xin Lei for the lies that she told.  They wouldn’t even let her go and visit Ah Ma.

              Faced with the decision of choosing her love, Xin Lei hesitates and doesn’t know how choose.  On one hand is her rich ex-fiancé, whom she has deeply loved before and on the other hand, is the poor artist a.k.a. Prince of Oyster Omelettes, whom she develops feelings with after experiencing many hardships.  It seems like no matter how she look at it, she should be returning to Yin Shang Dong’s side.  Yet, it seems as if this time, Xin Lei just wouldn’t have any other choice… 

              Ah Ma is sick.  At first, Qin Lang doesn’t understand why Xin Lei has to tell all those lies to Xi Xian but Ah Da tells him that Xin Lei has been really upset about this matter all night.  That’s when Qin Lang suddenly realizes how unnecessary and extreme his actions were…

              “Actually, I’ve been lying all along!”  Xin Lei finally tells Ah Ma that she and Qin Lang are really not boyfriend and girlfriend…

Episode 12:

              Xin Lei finally tells Ah Ma that she and Qin Lang are really not boyfriend and girlfriend which cause Ah Ma to almost have a heart attack again.  Xiao Yang threatens Xin Lei that she must leave Qin Lang’s home or else she would not return the deed to the house to Ah Ma.  Xin Lei knows that this house is left to Qin Lang and Ah Ma by Qin Lang’s mother and it is very important to them both.  As a result, she decides to return to Shanghai with Yin Shang Dong.

              Xin Lei is packing her bags in her room and preparing to move out of the house.  Qin Lang tries to make Xin Lei stay but Xin Lei knows that for the sake of the house, she cannot stay behind.  She can only suppress her own pain and fiercely hurt Qin Lang’s heart along with her own heart.  This night, neither one of them can fall asleep… 

              Xin Lei is moving out!  Not only Qin Lang, but Ah Ma and Ah Da are also feeling sad.  Ah Da, who always speaks what is on his mind, finally couldn’t help it and gives Xin Lei a scolding.  Although Xin Lei is wrongly accused but she could only restrain her sadness and leave.  Not only did Shang Dong arrange a comfortable room for Xin Lei to live in but he also bought her lots of expensive clothes.  This is all done so that Xin Lei can become the princess that she used to be again.  However, Xin Lei is not touched by his actions at all.

              Xin Lei gives her job at the athletic shoe company to Bi Zhu.  Bi Zhu is meeting up with Jiu Ba Dao, Ah Yi and Qin Lang to celebrate and she sees Qin Lang drinking continuously.  Huh?  Xin Lei had obviously expressed that she likes Qin Lang?  Bi Zhu’s head is filled with many questions.  Qin Lang didn’t dare believe it.  After confirming again and again with Bi Zhu, he decides to give himself another chance.  Riding on his bicycle, Qin Lang heads toward the place where Yin Shang Dong lives in Taiwan… the half drunk Qin Lang didn’t see Xin Lei but actually sees a friend that he hasn’t seen in a long time…  Zhang Dong Min!  This guy that stole his plane ticket and money in Shanghai! 

              Qin Lang is missing!

              Everyone is anxiously looking for the whereabouts of Qin Lang.  Burning with impatience, Xin Lei arrives at the seashore where Qin Lang once took her before.  Seeing Qin Lang standing before her, Xin Lei couldn’t help but feel her heart aching.  After all, she will be leaving Taiwan tomorrow.  Before she leaves, Xin Lei kisses Qin Lang goodbye.  With unshed tears in their eyes, they said their goodbyes and bury their feelings for each other deep within their heart.

Episode 13:

              Xin Lei has left!

              Xiao Yang couldn’t wait to go and ask Qin Lang out on a date.  Yet Qin Lang rejects her.  Bi Zhu comes looking for Qin Lang with regards to the design of the sneaker and sees Xiao Yang pestering Qin Lang.  In her anger, Bi Zhu reveals the truth of why Xin Lei really left to Qin Lang.  Everyone finds out that Xin Lei moved out of Qin Lang’s house all because of the deed to the house.

              If that’s the case, then did Xin Lei leave Taiwan?  Is it because of the house or because of Yin Shang Dong?  Everyone debates endlessly over this topic.  Ah Ma encourages Qin Lang to personally go to Shanghai to confirm Xin Lei’s feelings.  Bi Zhu’s manager at the athletic shoe company is very interested in the design that Qin Lang made on Xin Lei’s sneakers.  Bi Zhu hopes that Ah Ma would agree to let Qin Lang continue drawing.  Actually the reason why Ah Ma doesn’t like Qin Lang drawing is because many years ago, Qin Lang’s father abandoned Qin Lang and his mother for his drawing. 

              Ah Ma hands over to Qin Lang her mother’s diary and wants him to seriously consider his future.  However, it never occurred to him that an old photo, would explain why Xin Lei would have the key to his house.  All the questions and riddles are solved!

              Bring Xin Lei back!  All the vendors from the snack street encourage Qin Lang.  Once again, Qin Lang carries his travel bag on his back and head for Shanghai.  However, this time, he is not only simply chasing his own dream and hope.  He is also chasing after this glittering princess…  Qin Lang!  Your love will certainly be filled with sunshine!  Go for it!

              “Goodbye!”  “Bye bye!”  What kind of a conversation is that?  Qin Lang originally just wanted to find out Xin Lei’s whereabouts from Xi Xian.  However, once he sees Xin Lei, the flame of anger starts burning for no apparent reason.  Why couldn’t she have just continued to be the young lady that she is?  Why is she “cleaning” in Xi Xian’s home?  What the heck is this Yin Shang Dong up to?  Being yelled at for no apparent reason, Xin Lei wonders if Qin Lang came all this way to Shanghai just to make her angry?

              Qin Lang returns to Happy 131 to make his oyster omelettes again.  Cui Ge, Che Ren, and Xiao Pang are the same as they used to be.  However, what is the relationship between the artist of the drawing hanging up on the wall and Qin Lang?  Qin Lang is always staring at it in a daze.  Cui Ge urges Qin Lang to go find Xin Lei and clear things up with her.

              Qin Lang coincidentally meets Lian Sheng Quan on the road.  Lian Sheng Quan takes Qin Lang to Xin Lei’s reception party.  At the party, not only did Shang Dong help Xin Lei find her parents back but he also took advantage of the opportunity to propose to her.  A reception party becomes an engagement party.  Not only is Xin Lei stunned, but Qin Lang also couldn’t accept what he is seeing.  All that Qin Lang can do is drown his sorrows with alcohol.  Xin Lei sees the drunken Qin Lang and goes up to him to show her concern.  Yet Qin Lang maliciously rejects her concerns and the heartbroken, Xin Lei could only silently leave.

Episode 14:

              Xin Lei and her parents did not accept Yin Shang Dong’s help.  Instead, they are temporarily living at Xi Xian’s home and Xin Lei even goes out to look for a job.  From her mother, Xin Lei finds out Qin Lang’s house is really Xin Lei’s house.  That house was bought together by Qin Lang’s mother and Xin Lei’s mother.  Xin Lei, who is anxious to tell Qin Lang this news, couldn’t seem to find him anywhere…  Qin Lang, where are you?

              After coming to Shanghai, Qin Lang and Xin Lei still have not cleared things up with each other.  Returning to the musical instrument shop that is filled with many memories, Qin Lang didn’t expect to see the glittering princess there.  It turns out that Xin Lei is working at this musical shop now.  Even with this unexpected meeting, Qin Lang and Xin Lei deliberately say things that would make each other angry. 

              Shang Dong, who just arrives to find Xin Lie, invites Qin Lang to dine with them and Qin Lang deliberately accepts the invitation.  Not only did Yin Shang Dong reserve the whole restaurant, but he also says many sarcastic comments to taunt Qin Lang during the whole time.  He deliberately shows his love for Xin Lei in front of Qin Lang and inadvertently emphasizes that his qualities are much better than Qin Lang’s.  Qin Lang, who couldn’t stand being provoked, gets up and leaves.  Xin Lie has never seen Shang Dong this agitated before but she also expressed what her true feelings are to Shang Dong… 

              There are many questions that Xin Lei wants to ask Qin Lang.  Why did Qin Lang come to Shanghai?  Why did he accept Shang Dong’s invitation to dine with them?  Finally facing their true feelings for each other, all the questions were answered by Qin Lang’s kiss.  Qin Lang suggests that Xin Lei return to Taiwan with him.  Xin Lei hesitates in her response to him…

              Not satisfied with how things are going, Shang Dong goes to Qin Lang and has a fight with him.  Xi Xian keeps on persuading Xin Lei to not hurt Shang Dong’s heart and Xin Lei is a bit surprised.  Actually, Qin Lang has seen the love that Xi Xian has for Shang Dong from the start.  He encourages Xi Xian to pursue her own happiness and Xi Xian doesn’t know what to say…

Episode 15:

              Having been through many hardships and finally confirming their feelings for each other, Qin Lang and Xin Lei agree to celebrate Xin Lei’s birthday together.  For this night, Qin Lang has planned very meticulously.  At first, he wanted to give Xin Lei a surprise, but for whatever reason, Xin Lei did not show up this night…

              Qin Lang, who couldn’t find Xin Lei anywhere, is determined to find her and find out what is going on.  He didn’t know that Xin Lei is being locked inside Xi Xian’s home and that Xi Xian doesn’t want Xin Lei to see Qin Lang.  Yin Shang Dong buys Xin Lei’s old house as a birthday present for her.  For her parents, Xin Lei must endure her own pain and return the key to Qin Lang’s house in Taiwan to Qin Lang.  She even invited Qin Lang to attend her and Yin Shang Dong’s wedding ceremony.

              Qin Lang understands that Xin Lei is leaving not because of herself.  Enduring his pain, he tells her that if they have to break-up then they have to break-up happily.  As a result, holding onto each other’s hand, they walk through all the places that are filled with their many memories together.  This time, Qin Lang accepts the return plane ticket to Taiwan from Xin Lei…

              The road ahead is a dead end.  Only by turning the corner will there be hope!

              Seeing Qin Lang, Mother Yu talks about the things from the past.  On one hand, she is thankful for Qin Lang’s care of Xin Lei.  On the other hand, she tells Qin Lang that she doesn’t want to see her daughter suffering.  As a result, she couldn’t approve of them being together.  Qin Lang gives the key that Xin Lei returned to him to Mother Yu and also asks Mother Yu to pass on a gift to Xin Lei from him.

              Just before Qin Lang is to leave Shanghai, he finally meets the mysterious artist who drew the painting in Happy 131!  It turns out that he is Qin Lang’s father, who abandoned his wife and son to pursue his dream – Qin Hai.  Qin Lang’s genie lamp wish finally comes true! 

              Trying on wedding dresses, Xin Lei’s heart and mind are completely somewhere else.  Mother Yu takes out the gift that Qin Lang has for Xin Lei and gives it to her.  Mother Yu asks Xin Lei to seriously think about what she really wants and face her own feelings.

              In the end, will Xin Lei be able to truly face her own feelings?  Will Xin Lei’s mother accept Xin Lei’s courageous love?  And will Yin Shang Dong let go of Xin Lei and give her his blessing?

              Will the glittering princess and the prince of oyster omelettes’ love relationship be able to head toward a happy future?  Or will they brush pass one another at the corner of the street?
